- Video lessons, PDFs, one-liners, or any downloadable content.
- Promotional, discounted, or bundle offers.
- Free resources or sample materials provided with any purchase.
- Refund requests made after the 7-day window.
- Change of mind after accessing the content.
How to Request a Refund

- Include: Order number / Transaction ID, Purchase date, and clear reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days and verify eligibility.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your payment method.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation of a course or Mock Test Series enrollment within the 7-day period, provided the content has not been accessed. Cancellation requests follow the same process as refund requests.
Once cancelled and refunded, your access to the purchased content will be permanently revoked.
Technical Issues & Support
If you face any technical difficulties accessing your purchased course or Mock Test Series, please contact us immediately at cracktarget@hotmail.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. In cases where the technical problem cannot be resolved and you have not accessed the content, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
