Selection process / चयन प्रक्रिया
- Assistant Manager (all six posts): Online Test + Document Verification followed by Interview (shortlisting up to 1:5). Interview carries 30 marks; final merit uses Online Test : Interview weightage 85:15.
- Junior Executive (General & Technical): Online Test + Document Verification only (shortlisting up to 1:3); appointment on the basis of online-test marks.
- AM (General) online test: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude 60 Qs/50 min, English Language 40 Qs/25 min, Data Analysis & Interpretation and Quantitative Aptitude 60 Qs/50 min, General Awareness 40 Qs/25 min, Descriptive test (2 questions, 30 marks, 30 min).
- AM (Technical/Finance/Engineering) online test: Professional/Subject Knowledge 60 Qs/55 min, General Awareness 40/20 min, English 40/25 min, Reasoning & Computer Aptitude 30/25 min, DI & Quant 30/25 min, Descriptive test 30 marks/30 min.
- JE (General) online test: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude 50 Qs/45 min, DI & Quant 50/45 min, General Awareness 50/25 min, English 50/35 min, Descriptive test 30 marks/30 min. JE (Technical): Subject Knowledge 65, Reasoning & Computer 40, DI & Quant 40, GA 20, English 35 + Descriptive.
- Negative marking: one-fourth of the marks of the question for each wrong answer; no penalty for unanswered questions. Minimum 40% (UR) / 35% (reserved categories) in Professional/Subject Knowledge and in the Descriptive test.
- Document verification and interview are held at Delhi.

2. How to Prepare / तैयारी कैसे करें
Phase-wise plan up to the exam date (CrackTarget suggested plan, not an official schedule). / परीक्षा तिथि तक चरणबद्ध योजना।
