Selection process / चयन प्रक्रिया
- Objective Type Test (MCQ): 100 questions, 100 marks, 1½ hours, minimum qualifying 50 marks; 0.25 mark deducted per wrong answer.
- If many candidates qualify, those in the ratio 1:10 of tentative vacancies (by merit) are shortlisted for stage two.
- Typing Speed Test on computer (English): 35 w.p.m., 10 minutes, 50 marks, minimum 25; mistakes allowed 3% of words typed — mandatory to qualify.
- Written Test (Descriptive, English): comprehension passage, précis writing and essay writing — 2 hours, 100 marks, minimum 50; evaluated only for candidates who qualify the typing test.
- Interview: 25 marks, minimum 13; candidates in the ratio 1:3 of vacancies who qualify all three tests are called.

2. How to Prepare / तैयारी कैसे करें
